APPLICATION:

1. THIS MACHINE IS SUITABLE FOR OFF-TYPE PAPER, COTTON PAPER AND OTHER SUBSTRATE coating oily or water-based pressure-sensitive glue after drying with sponge, PE, EVA, cloth and other sheet or coiled materials composite.
2. The main use of raw materials:
1) Substrate: off-type paper (silicone paper), cotton paper, film (BOPP, CPP) and so on.
2)Glue: oily or water-sensitive pressure-sensitive glue. Solvent-based. 

Technical features:

1. Tension control system: the whole machine feeding and rewinding adpot magnetic powder tension control system.
2.  Feeding, Rewinding and oven outlet each with EPC hydraulic automatic correction device  ( three sets).
3. Oven protection system: oven temperature reached the set temperature, automatically stop heating, lower than the set temperature, automatic heating, and set up the exhaust system and heating system interlock circuit, improve production, low energy consumption, uniform heat, the application of intelligent digital PID SCR temperature control system, temperature control accuracy.
