APPLICATION

It is applicable to all kinds of non-woven fabrics, clothing lining and other fabrics, and widely serves the industries of clothing, insole, automobile interior decoration, luggage, shoes and hats, carpet and so on.

FEATURE: 

1. The intelligent temperature control system is adopted to ensure that the temperature of the drying channel is constant, and the temperature difference is less than ± 2 ℃. The required temperature is set according to the materials of different materials to stabilize the door width of the product;
2. Special heating system is adopted to ensure fast heating and stable hot melting effect;
3. Adopt energy-saving and power-saving heat preservation oven to prevent temperature loss;
4. The mixing and vibration system of the powder spreading head ensures uniform powder spreading on the material surface;
5. The transmission adopts the frequency conversion synchronous control system to ensure that the speed is synchronized with the powder spraying, so as to control the powder spraying amount evenly and stably.
6. According to the needs of users, PLC computer digitization is used to operate and control.
